Sezen Erkmen

Sezen Erkmen is currently the MEA Talent Acquisition Leader at DXC Technology, drawing on 20 years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Previously, they held significant roles including Lead Recruiter at McKinsey & Company, EMEA Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM, and Recruitment Manager at Ericsson, where they managed talent acquisition processes across the Middle East and Africa. Sezen has also served in various HR capacities at Citi, LSG Group, and PwC. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University and hold a degree in Human Resources Management from İstanbul Aydin University, awarded on a full scholarship.
