Deepak Boloor

Deepak Boloor has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Deepak started their career in 2005 at Infosys BPO as a Corporate Planning Analyst. In 2011, they joined Logica as a Financial Consultant. In 2013, they moved to Wipro Limited as an Assistant Manager Human Resource Business Partner and Asst Manager, US and Canada Benefits Administration. In 2016, they were promoted to Assistant Manager Human Resource Business Partner at Wipro Limited Bangalore, Karnataka. In 2018, they took on the role of Global Director - Human Resources at DXFactor. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR function and designing the recruitment programme, Compensation and Benefits programme, and HR Policy and Compliance Framework.
