Mandar Mukadam, HFI CUA™

Mandar Mukadam, HFI CUA™ has a wealth of experience in UX and UI design, having worked in the field since 2003. Mandar began their career as a Simulator Designer at ABB in 2003, followed by a role as a Multimedia Developer at Corosft Corporation in 2004. In 2005, they joined Gateway Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. as a UX Lead and Senior Multimedia Developer, where they were responsible for HTML code optimization and User Interface Designing in RIA. Mandar then moved to IndiaNIC Infotech Ltd in 2012, where they were a Lead UX Consultant, involved in implementing UX frameworks and preparing stakeholders for detailed studies. In 2014, they became a Lead Consultant UX/UI at CIGNEX Datamatics, before joining Credencys Solutions Inc. as CoE - Experience Design in 2016. Most recently, in 2020, they became Head of UX at CIPIO.ai and Lead Usability Researcher & Product Experience Designer at DXFactor.

Mandar Mukadam has a comprehensive education history. Mandar completed a B.Com in Accounts from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1997 and 2000, followed by a PGD in Advertising & Marketing from the same university between 2000 and 2001. In 2002, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing and Advertising from M.S.University. In 2001, they obtained a CIC from IGNOU. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International. In 2017, they obtained a Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(340 pages). In 2019, they obtained a Mobile User Expereince (UX) Design from The Interaction Design Foundation. In 2020, they obtained Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
