Lynn Mersereau

Lynn Mersereau has extensive experience in lease administration and commercial real estate, serving as a Leasing Administrator at DXL Group from September 2007 to September 2023, where responsibilities included lease administration and management of a web-based lease data system. Prior to that role, Lynn worked as a Lease Administration Specialist, negotiating with landlords and creating detailed lease abstracts. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Paralegal at Vieira & DiGianfilippo, Ltd. from January 2002 to January 2007, focusing on client database management and the preparation of title commitments and policies. Lynn holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is pursuing a degree in Administrative Assistance from the Academy of Learning.
