DXOMARK
Pierre-Yves Maitre has a strong background in image quality evaluation and expertise in the camera and smartphone industry. Pierre-Yves started their career as an intern engineer at Kejako in 2016. In 2017, they joined DxO Labs as an intern image science engineer, where they designed and implemented a protocol to evaluate image quality in commercial drones. Pierre-Yves then transitioned to DXOMARK, a subsidiary of DxO Labs, taking on various roles including image science engineer, image quality project leader, and Scrum master. In their most recent position as a product owner and image quality expertise, Pierre-Yves played a key role in product development, customer account management, and the implementation of an Agile framework. Their work experience spans from 2016 to the present.
Pierre-Yves Maitre completed their education in a chronological order. Pierre-Yves attended Lycée Saint Louis from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree in Scientific studies. From 2012 to 2014, Pierre-Yves attended Lycée Henri Poincaré, where they underwent intensive studies in Maths and Physics in preparation for a nation-wide competitive exam to enter French engineering schools. Following this, they enrolled in the Institut d'Optique Graduate School from 2014 to 2017, earning a Master of Science degree in Photonics and Optics. In terms of additional certifications, Pierre-Yves obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in June 2019, and a Professional Scrum Product Owner II certification from the same institution in December 2021. Pierre-Yves also acquired a TOIEC 985 certification from the Institut d'Optique Graduate School in February 2017.
