Spencer Rod

Spencer Rod has extensive work experience at DXP Enterprises, Inc. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to a Team Leader role in 2020. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an Operations Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2023. Prior to joining DXP Enterprises, Inc., Spencer worked as an intern at the company in 2018. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Shop Hand at Job shop connection.

Spencer Rod graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Marketing.
