Steven Gorrell

Steven Gorrell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Special Project Engineer at DXP Enterprises, Inc. since July 2022, Steven has previously held various pivotal roles at SDI from March 2016 to July 2022, including Engineering Services Manager and MRO Director of Technical Services, where responsibilities included site reliability engineering. At Momentive Performance Materials from July 2007 to March 2016, Steven developed comprehensive reliability programs and achieved significant cost savings through Six Sigma projects. Early career positions included Reliability Engineer at Kraton Polymers, Account Manager at RA Mueller, and Maintenance and Design Engineer at Chevron, where diverse engineering projects and management duties were executed. Steven holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, obtained in 1998.
