Khachik (Chris) Najaryan, MS, MBA, M(ASCP) has a wealth of experience in the medical field. Khachik (Chris) began their career in 2010 as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they provided technical laboratory support activities such as culturing, preparation of samples, media, reagents, glassware and test kits/apparatus. In 2011, they moved on to Amgen as a Quality Control Microbiology Associate, where they were responsible for general microbiology testing and inventory management. In 2014, they joined Baxalta as a Quality Analyst, where they were responsible for inspection activities in the incoming quality and warehousing processes. In 2016, they returned to DxTerity as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist II. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and in 2018 they joined Kite Pharma as a Sr. Manager and Operations Manager of the Supply Chain.

Khachik (Chris) Najaryan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology/Chemistry from California State University, Northridge between 2002 and 2008. Khachik (Chris) then went on to pursue a Master's in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University Channel Islands between 2013 and 2015. In 2013, they also obtained a Technologist in Microbiology certification from the ASCP Board of Certification.
