Adam Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, game design, and web development. As the Founder and Game Designer at Big Comet since April 2024, Adam focuses on creating and publishing tabletop games. In the role of Lead Technologist at dxw, Adam drives improvements in processes and standards while managing technical teams. Adam also founded peaoff.org in June 2023 and has been a Freelance Web Developer with Forward Theory since March 2018, working on diverse projects involving various technologies. Previous leadership roles include Chief Technology Officer at Urban Zoo, where Adam directed key product implementations for prominent clients, and Technical Director/Co-founder at Hatchling. Adam's earlier experience includes senior frontend roles at Shortbite Ltd and Tokyo Digital, showcasing a strong background in advanced web technologies and client engagement. Adam holds a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Arts from Liverpool John Moores University.
