Joanna Evans

Joanna Evans is a Senior User Researcher at dxw since June 2021, currently engaged in a research and service design project with the Welcome Trust. With experience in multidisciplinary, agile projects throughout the GDS lifecycles, Joanna has collaborated with various public and third sector organizations, including the Department for Education and NHS England and Improvement. Prior to dxw, Joanna served as a User Experience Designer at Cancer Research UK, focusing on developing a digital fundraising platform, and worked as a Human Factors Engineer at Thales, leading projects to enhance rail passenger experience. Joanna holds a Master of Engineering in Product Design and Manufacture from the University of Nottingham and has previously worked as a windsurfing instructor and researcher.
