Kevin Marshall

Kevin Marshall is a Client Principal at dxw, with a diverse background in user research and design. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Service Owner and Senior User Researcher at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology. Kevin's academic credentials include a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from Newcastle University, an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from Lancaster University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Galway. Research interests focus on the intersection of design, wellbeing, and technology, with specific projects aimed at enhancing workplace environments and supporting parent-child interactions.
