Kevin Marshall is a Client Principal at dxw, with a diverse background in user research and design. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Service Owner and Senior User Researcher at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology. Previous positions included Senior Design Researcher at FutureGov, Consultant at Uscreates, and several research assistant roles at Newcastle University, NUI Galway, and the Centre for Research in Occupational and Life Stress. Kevin's academic credentials include a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from Newcastle University, an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from Lancaster University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Galway. Research interests focus on the intersection of design, wellbeing, and technology, with specific projects aimed at enhancing workplace environments and supporting parent-child interactions.
