Gregory Rasmussen

Gregory Rasmussen is an experienced English educator currently serving as an English Teacher at DYB Choisun since January 2023 and as an English Second Language Teacher at Askey English Academy, also since January 2022. Previously, Gregory taught at EiE Samsan Campus from January 2021 to January 2022, focusing on English as a foreign language for elementary to middle school students. Gregory's early experience includes a role as an Examination Assistant for the Department of Education in December 2017, where responsibilities included analyzing and capturing examination marks for matriculants in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of the Free State (2017-2019), and completed training through The TEFL Academy in 2020. Educational background includes a National Senior Certificate (Matric) from Queen's College Boys' High School, covering subjects such as English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, and Business Studies.
