Kathryn de Roma

Kathryn De Roma is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founder at dYdX since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at First Republic Bank from March 2019 to October 2023 as the Executive Assistant to the Senior EVP and Chief Credit Officer. Kathryn also held a position as a Case Manager at Genentech for a brief period in 2018, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison to provide customer-driven support.
