Leigh Braddick

Leigh Braddick currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at DyFlex Solutions, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this, Leigh held the role of Chief People Officer at The APP Group from May 2022 to March 2025 and was a consultant for Seven West Media as the Head of Performance & Reward in 2022. Leigh's extensive experience at Dexus spanned over a decade, with positions including Group HR Director, Head of People & Culture Operations, and Senior Manager in various HR functions. Earlier career roles included HR Shared Services Manager and Payroll Manager at Allianz Australia. Leigh possesses a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management, is an Accredited LSI Practitioner from Human Synergistics, and completed the Business Partnering program at CEB HR Leadership Academy.
