Mark Malven serves as a Partner and Leader of the Technology and Sourcing Transactions Practice at Dykema Gossett PLLC. In addition, Mark holds leadership roles within the IT Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan as both Chair and Chair-Elect. Previously, Mark was a Partner and Chair of the Technology Industry Group at Raymond & Prokop, P.C., and managed the Malven Law Group LLC. Mark's legal career also includes experience as a Senior Associate at Gordon & Glickson LLC.
