Rheena Waites

Rheena Waites is an experienced payroll and workforce management professional with a strong background in the legal and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist at Dykema since February 2020, Rheena previously held similar roles at Clark Hill Law and MGM Grand Detroit, where responsibilities included workforce management and food and beverage administration. Rheena began a career in payroll at Karmanos Cancer Center, with a focus on time planning from November 2005 to June 2016. Rheena earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Wayne County Community College District between 2012 and 2015.
