Adam Fikis

Adam Fikis, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the fields of Learning & Development, management consulting, and hospitality education. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development at DYMON Storage since July 2022, Adam oversees various initiatives related to talent acquisition, health and safety, and corporate culture. Prior experience includes founding Adam Fikis & Associates, where focus areas included business coaching and leadership development across sectors such as hospitality and tourism. Adam has also held teaching roles as a Professor at both the University of Guelph and Centennial College, specializing in hospitality and tourism management. Additional expertise encompasses contributions to the tourism sector through consulting roles and participation in competency framework development. Adam holds an MBA from the University of Guelph and additional qualifications in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University.
