Francis Navarro

Francis Navarro is an experienced electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the East Philippines, obtained in 1999. As the Assistant Section Head and E&I Engineer at Dyna-Mac Engineering Services Pte Ltd since October 2007, Francis leads the electrical and instrumentation engineering team on various projects. Prior to this role, Francis served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Manila Memorial Park Cemetery, Inc. from January 2001 to September 2007, where responsibilities included reviewing and preparing designs and specifications for electrical and irrigation projects, along with project scheduling.
