Ian Chin Ceng

Ian Chin, CEng, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial functions within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Commercial at Dyna-Mac Engineering Services Pte Ltd, Ian Chin oversees procurement, subcontracting, project quantity surveying, and supply chain management. Formerly, Ian held various senior roles, including Vice President Marketing and Vice President Commercial, where responsibilities spanned cost estimation, contract management, and customer relationship development for offshore and onshore projects. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager at KEPPEL SEGHERS ENGINEERING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., Asst Project Director at Keppel Seghers Qatar, and Project Manager at Keppel FELS Limited. Ian Chin holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and an MBA from the University of Leicester.
