Donald Collins is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in technical support, engineering, and management roles within Dynabook Americas, Inc. (formerly Toshiba Corporation) from 1999 to the present. Serving as a Staff Engineer and Principal Engineer, responsibilities include managing technical issue escalations, failure analysis, and delivering technical support to clients. Prior roles at Toshiba America Information Systems included providing engineering services, conducting system analysis, and managing project implementation. Additionally, Donald Collins operated as an independent business owner at Collins Networking Solutions and held various leadership positions on the HOA Board of Directors at Brittany at Foothill Ranch, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
