Caroline Bjerre Andersen is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition, People & Culture at DYNACAP, where they are involved in optimizing commercial operations through Salesforce. They previously served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Researcher at Relesys, focusing on recruitment across various departments and enhancing the candidate experience. Caroline also worked as a Sales Advisor at Samsøe Samsøe and facilitated the introduction program for new students at Copenhagen Business School. They are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology at CBS, building on their foundational education at Frederiksværk Gymnasium & HF.
