Jyothimol Joy

Jyothimol Joy is a Laboratory Assistant at Dynacare since November 2023, where notable achievements include increasing sample processing speed by 15% and resolving 7% of instrument malfunctions to ensure consistent sample integrity. Previously, as a Research Assistant at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs from May 2022 to August 2022, significant contributions involved analyzing over 1000 harmful chemical compounds and creating interactive dashboards in Tableau, leading to a 13% improvement in classification accuracy.
