Nina Sampat

Nina Sampat is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in health services and retail operations. Currently serving as the Director of Health Services Operations Ontario at Dynacare since April 2024, Nina previously held the position of Vice President Retail Support Services at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. from July 2019 to September 2022. At Staples Canada, Nina built a notable career from November 2001 to July 2019, culminating in the roles of Vice President Strategic Growth and Vice President Operations, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced corporate priorities and profitability. Earlier career highlights include serving as District Manager and Store Director at Toys R Us and successfully managing multiple retail locations. Nina holds educational credentials from McMaster University and completed the Strategic Leadership Development Program at Harvard University.
