Raul Marin is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in management and process engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Logistics and Process Engineering at Dynacare since October 2017, Raul has developed and implemented strategic logistics solutions for over 400 medical couriers, enhancing delivery efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Dynacare, Raul held the position of National Transportation Manager at Ricoh Canada Inc., achieving significant cost savings through innovative transportation management and oversight of freight activities. Experience also includes roles at CN as a Supply Chain Solutions Manager and at Staples Canada as a National Transportation Manager, where Raul led initiatives to optimize delivery routes and expand fleet capacity. Raul holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Zulia.
