Ron Ness

Ron Ness has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ron began their career at Carnival Cruise Lines in 1998 and held various roles, including Hotel Director and Hotel Manager. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing multiple ships, overseeing various departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ron's exceptional performance earned him recognition as the top-rated Hotel Director in the fleet.

In 2016, Ron joined Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as a Hotel Director, where they led a team of department directors and implemented processes that improved the guest experience and revenue. Ron successfully increased the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the company.

Following their career in the cruise industry, Ron served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Allies, Inc., a non-profit agency providing support services for individuals with special needs.
