Bill L. (William)

Bill (William) L. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bill (William) began their career as a Lead Technician in the US Navy, where they gained expertise in radar, navigation, and communications systems. Bill (William) then transitioned to Honeywell as a Senior Engineer, responsible for designing and deploying a tactical voice and data network for the US Navy. Bill later joined SEMCOR Inc. as a Principal Analyst, where they played a key role in developing network design standards for the Navy and contributed to the creation of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet. Bill (William) then moved to Avaya Inc., where they served as a Global Account Manager, managing client accounts. At Avaya Government Solutions, Bill held multiple roles, including Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development, and Director of DoD Sales, where they led a sales team supporting the US Department of Defense with mission-critical video and communication platforms. Most recently, Bill served as the Director of Outside Sales at Dynalec Corporation.

Bill (William) L. began their education in 1985 at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where they completed an Associate of Science degree in Military Specialty (Applied Electronics) in 1988. Following this, in 1988, they attended Jacksonville University for one year and studied Computer Information Systems.
