Dean Kaiser

Dean Kaiser possesses extensive experience in the electrical and construction industries, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Dynalectric Colorado since September 2010, Dean has held various leadership positions including Project Superintendent and General Foreman. Prior experience includes foreman roles at Intermountain Electric, Inc. from 2003 to 2011, and a Mill Wright position at Holcim from 1999 to 2003. Initial management experience originated from a managerial role at Horton Feedlots from 1996 to 1999. Dean's education includes a certificate in Leadership from the Leadership Access Institute and an Associate of Science in Animal Sciences from Northeastern Junior College.
