Pete Cory has a strong background in preconstruction and business development. Pete began their career in 2002 at Tapp Electric, where they served as an Estimator and Project Manager until the company was purchased by Intermountain Electric in 2004. At Intermountain Electric, they continued in the same role until 2009. In 2009, they joined Dynalectric Colorado as a Project Manager and Estimator, and over the years, they worked their way up to become a Preconstruction and Business Development Manager, then the Director of Preconstruction and Business Development. Currently, Pete holds the position of Vice President of Preconstruction at Dynalectric Colorado, where they are responsible for leading the preconstruction efforts, collaborating with the estimating and BD/marketing team, and strengthening the company's existing relationships while establishing new ones.

Pete Cory earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management with a focus in Electrical CM from Purdue University. Pete attended Purdue University from the year 1998 to 2002. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education at Penn High School. Pete Cory has also obtained additional certifications including Asbestos Awareness Training in March 2009 and OSHA 30 Hour certification in April 2002.
