Andreea Simmons has over a decade of experience in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dynamic Aviation since February 2016, Andreea has previously held roles including HR Assistant at Nestlé Waters North America and Recruiter at Kelly Services, emphasizing full cycle recruiting and employee relations. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Norwegian Cruise Line, where Andreea served as Guest Services Manager, overseeing a diverse team and managing guest services operations on large vessels, as well as working as an Embarkation & Clearance Officer. Andreea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
