Jen Chan

Jen Chan is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Analyst at Dynamic Aviation since September 2021, after progressing through roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor at Bridgewater College from August 2020 to May 2022, focusing on campus safety and administrative responsibilities. Jen Chan holds a Master’s degree in Society of Human Resources Management, anticipated in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management, earned in April 2023, both from Bridgewater College.
