Stephany West

Stephany West has solid work experience in various roles. From 2017 onwards, they worked as the Director of Partnership, European World Zone at Dynamic Church Planting International. In this position, they were responsible for building strategic partnerships, analyzing success metrics, and generating funding opportunities. Prior to this, they worked at The Barker Adoption Foundation as a Program Assistant from 2015 to 2018, where they guided families through the adoption process and provided administrative support. Stephany also conducted research on out-of-area agencies and served clients in Maryland. Before that, they interned at Genworth as a Claims Intern in 2014 and worked at Randolph College as an Admission Office STAR from 2012 to 2013. Stephany also held the role of an Advanced Sales Representative at Vector Marketing in 2012.

Stephany West attended Plano East Senior High School from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a high school diploma. Stephany further pursued their education at Randolph College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
