Victor Pulido is an experienced leader in non-profit and church planting organizations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Alianza Hispana Bautista de California since April 2008, where the focus is on uniting diverse Hispanic congregations. In addition to this role, Victor Pulido holds the position of President for both the Alliance, which develops ministerial disciplines in Spanish, and Dynamic Church Planting International, where the objective is to train church planters globally. Previous roles include Regional Manager for Latin America and Spain at LifeWay Christian Resources, and Director and Producer at Llego la Hora TV. Victor Pulido has a background in sales management and communications, with formal education in communication and acting from Instituto de Comunicaciones and Academia Andres Soler.

Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1992 with the vision of training leaders in every country of the world to plant dynamic churches to reach the world for Jesus. We offer all of our trainings free of charge, so that hundreds of thousands of men and women called by God can take the Gospel to their tribes, tongues, and nations. We offer 8 tracks of training built upon biblical principles and actionable applications, so DCPI churches are effective and healthy. In 2021, we celebrated 1 MILLION churches!
