Elaine A. Johnson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of Human Resources. Elaine A. Johnson, is currently serving as the Vice President - Advisory Services at Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc., where they build strategic client relationships and delivers HR strategies and transformational solutions. Prior to this, they founded and led Excelan Advisors, LLC, a consulting organization that focuses on human capital strategy and business transformation. At Florida Blue, Elaine held multiple roles, including Principal - Corporate Development and Strategic Investments, Sr. Director - Business Innovation, and Sr. Director - Human Resources. Elaine A. Johnson, also worked as the SVP - Managing Director at Right Management and as the VP - Human Resources at Bank of America. Elaine possesses a strong background in creating value and maximizing growth through their expertise in deal execution, organizational effectiveness, and strategic human resource direction.

Elaine A. Johnson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida - Coggin College of Business, which they obtained from 1981 to 1982. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of South Florida, attending from 1978 to 1979.

In addition to their formal education, Elaine has obtained several certifications. In 1992, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. Furthermore, they have achieved the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2015. Elaine also holds the NLP Master Practitioner and Coach certification from the American Board of NLP, which they obtained in October 2014.
