Milena's earlier roles encompass talent acquisition and recruitment in organizations like Sharpist and Emirates, complemented by extensive experience in HR and team management developed over years in various capacities, including Senior Cabin Manager at Emirates. Milena holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Professional Diploma in Digital Communication from the Digital Communications Institute.
