Joshua Suter

Joshua has extensive experience advising and representing energy companies, real estate investors, property investment professionals and private owners through negotiation and due diligence for energy, commercial and residential real estate projects and leases, and litigated commercial contracts and title disputes in several state and federal courts in PA. As Senior Counsel, Joshua works with Dynamic Energy’s General Counsel and Project Development team lending his efforts to steer the successful development of solar projects. Joshua’s spirit of finding common ground shines through in all aspects of his work on site control, lease negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, and beyond.

Before joining Dynamic Energy, Joshua was associate attorney with two Pittsburgh law firms, focusing primarily on real estate lease negotiation and the litigation of commercial contracts and real estate disputes. Prior to that, Joshua was a title attorney at a nationally ranked Environmental Law and Natural Resources Law Firm, representing America’s leading energy production companies on high value real estate and lease acquisition projects. Joshua is also a member of the Environmental and Energy Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Joshua graduated law school from Duquesne University where he earned a concentration in Energy Law and also served as a team leader for the Duquesne Law Review. While at Duquesne University, he won an Excellence for the Future Award in Mineral Leasing and Conveyancing, as well as the Duquesne Law Alumni Association Excellence in Legal Writing Award. He is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania.
