David Gamber

David Gamber is a Design Engineer at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC since March 2023. Prior to this, David served as an EPS Intern at the Delaware Department of Transportation from June 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included examining erosion and stormwater projects and assisting field technicians. Earlier experience includes a Data Analysis Intern position at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation in 2018. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2022.
