Carlos Salcedo has been working in the technology field since 2006. Carlos began their career at StrataCare/Conduent Casualty Claims Solutions as a Technical Account Manager, where they created custom reports for clients using Microsoft SQL Server, troubleshot, tested, and resolved software application issues reported by clients, and developed business rules to optimize clients' medical bill review workflow and maximize automation. In 2013, Salcedo moved to Mitchell International as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, where they analyzed business workflows for onboarding new clients migrating from their existing medical bill review platform onto Mitchell's medical bill review application, managed software integration between disparate software systems including data mapping analysis and translating business requirements to pseudo-technical specifications, and managed historical data load process from new clients' existing bill review platform to Mitchell's bill review application database. Salcedo then joined Conduent in 2014 as a Manager, Service Delivery, where they performed data manipulation and data mining, produced complex reports and queries using Microsoft SQL Server, and created custom business rules and crafted/modified business workflows. Most recently, in 2021, Salcedo took on the role of Customer Support Manager at Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Inc., where they act as a customer escalation point for key issues, guides cases to resolution, and engages subject matter experts or interdepartmental resources as required to resolve issues. Carlos also ensures the Customer Support team meets and exceeds exceptional support expectations, performing at or above industry-leading targets including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Carlos Salcedo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine between 1990 and 1993. In 2000, they received a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification from Microsoft.
