Alon Oring

Alon Oring began their career in 2009 as an R&D Project Manager for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2015, they took on the role of VP Product Strategy for OpacoArt and also worked as a Freelancer, Auditor, and Consultant. In 2017, they became a Data Scientist for Rabatit Engineering & Consulting. In 2018, they were a Senior Lecturer at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), teaching several courses and workshops on theoretical and applied machine and deep learning. Alon also took on the role of Machine Learning Instructor at TAVtech, teaching the basics of Machine and Deep Learning in scikit-learn and PyTorch. In 2019, they joined Dynamic Infrastructure as the Head of AI, where they developed solutions for object detection and segmentation, image similarity, and non-rigid image registration and scaled them from prototypes to production-level services. Alon currently leads the research in Dynamic Infrastructure including research and implementation of new algorithms, product architecture, delivery processes, research infrastructure, recruitment, and R&D best practices.

Alon Oring has an education history that spans from 2006 to 2021. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Alon then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University between 2013 and 2015. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Computer Science from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2018 and 2021. Additionally, they hold certifications from the EC-Council as a Certified Ethical Hacker and as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
