Katlyn Garcia

Katlyn Garcia is an experienced professional in User Experience Research and Design, currently serving as Vice President of Research & Insights (Experience Design) at LPL Financial since May 2022, after holding the position of Assistant Vice President in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Senior User Experience Researcher and User Experience Researcher at Kohl's from May 2019 to May 2022, and various positions at Credo Product Development from August 2011 to May 2019, culminating as Director of User Research. Garcia's early career involved facilitating design learning at Discovery World and mentoring students at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors and Ergonomics from the University of Derby, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
