Amy Schossler

Amy Schossler is the current Director at Dynamic Integrated Services. Amy has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on strategy and execution. Prior to their current position, Ms. Schossler worked as an Associate and Marketing and Communications Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from October 2005 to September 2016. In this role, they led an integrated marketing program to expand Booz Allen’s footprint in the Defense Market. Additionally, they were responsible for the communications strategy for the Military Health team’s data science capability, which resulted in Health Affairs’ most-read blog, as well as a rich repository of documents to share with internal and external audiences.

Ms. Schossler has also worked with the most senior leaders to develop and guide communications strategies to successfully engage more than 22,000 employees worldwide around firmwide priorities including firm reorganization and strategic vision, along with the introduction of new CEO to employees. Amy has delivered corporate priorities through firmwide event strategy to reach more than 22,000 geographically dispersed staff—including a series of physical and virtual events for the firm’s wellness campaign that resulted in increased awareness and participation in the firm’s wellness programs.

As a strategic communications consultant, Ms. Schossler managed a portfolio of six Army programs that included managing eight staff, multiple budgets, and client relationships focused on developing and executing multi-channel/audience communication strategies resulting in increased usage of soldier benefits and wounded warrior programs. Amy alsosolely secured a $1M Army contract and worked with multiple leaders and team members to staff and manage the program.

Amy Schossler graduated with their Masters of Public Administration from George Mason University in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Amy also has a Communications degree from East Carolina University in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Amy is certified as a Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
