Gina Pattison is currently a Senior Associate at Dynamic Integrated Services. Prior to this, they were a Freelance Writer. Before that, they worked as an Associate - Strategic Communications Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2008 to October 2010. In this role, they managed a team of ten professionals providing strategic health communications support to the Military Health System’s (MHS) Office of Strategic Communications. Gina also managed medical writing projects for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in support of the MHS External Relationship Management Office and the MHS Office of Strategic Communications. Additionally, they served as managing editor for communication products (including online and print publications, feature magazine, web sites, and social media content). Gina was able to increase the subscription base for their organization’s feature magazine by 30 percent by building and expanding network of MHS internal and external partnerships. Additionally, they managed an H1N1 influenza live, web-based “town hall” for service members and their families by preparing Q&A with panel of physicians from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Army, Navy and Air Force. Lastly, they served as the MHS liaison to and communications manager for DoD HIV/AIDS program.
Gina Pattison has a Master of Arts in Health Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Washington College.
