In the past, Dynamic International Airways operated mostly for other carriers and tour operators under wet lease agreements. In 2014, Dynamic International started its own passenger service in multiple markets including China, Saipan, Guam, Hong Kong, Guyana and Brazil. Dynamic International recently announced the start of its low cost service between Fort Lauderdale, FL and Caracas, Venezuela.
