Sarah Snapp Budden

Sarah Snapp Budden possesses extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations since August 2016. Sarah has advanced through various roles in the organization, including People Operations Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, Sarah held managerial and administrative positions at The Refinery and served as Youth Program Director and Youth Leader at Peace Lutheran Church, where programming for youth was a key focus. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2016.
