John Paukovits

John Paukovits has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. John served as the Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing at Accurate Manufactured Products Group Inc. from January 2004 to April 2009, where they implemented process controls, managed special projects, and established departments to improve overall corporate productivity.

Prior to that, John worked at Sulzer Metco Inc. from 1991 to 2003, where they held multiple roles including Business Analyst, Manufacturing Manager/Acting Director of Operations, Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. John successfully facilitated the launch of a module and a $15 million SAP implementation, managed production planning, equipment operation, and inventory control, and implemented strategies for plant modernization and cost reduction.

John also held the position of General Manager at All American Threaded Products from July 2011 to October 2013 and Light Engineering Inc. from September 2009 to July 2011. John served as a Realtor at CENTURY 21 Scheetz from June 2009 to December 2010.

Currently, John is the Vice President of Operations of Transmission and Torque Converters at Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. since October 2019. John was previously the General Manager of the company since October 2013. Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is a premier supplier of OEM drivetrain components serving the automotive industry.

John Paukovits attended Farmingdale State University of New York from 1997 to 1998. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management during this time.
