David K. Johnson

David K. Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and applied mathematics. Currently serving as Chief Scientist at Dynamic Map Platform North America since October 2018, David has previously held leadership positions such as President and Chief Scientist at Michigan Aerospace Corporation from March 2007 to October 2018. Prior roles include Principal Scientist at General Dynamics AIS (2004-2007), Product Development Engineer at Visteon Corporation (1998-2004), Software Engineer at Keithley Instruments (May 1997 - October 1998), and Software Developer at Pioneer Standard Electronics (1995-1996). David earned a Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Math from The University of Akron, completing studies from 1987 to 1997, and graduated from Hoover High School in 1987.
