Aileen Lansang possesses extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions since February 2023. Prior roles include Division Manager at Nelson Staffing from July 2021 to April 2022, and Talent Acquisition Manager at IA Interior Architects from June 2017 to July 2021. Aileen's career began as an Executive Recruiter at Nelson Staffing from November 2007 to June 2017, where Aileen also held the roles of Recruiting Manager and Division Director. Further experience includes a position as Human Resources Generalist at First Collateral Services, and Human Resources Associate at UC Berkeley. Aileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix-San Francisco Campus, completed in 2001.
