Stephanie Swint, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephanie has held the position of Director of People and Culture at Dynamic Pain & Wellness since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Avanti Corporation for five years, where they managed personnel programs and services, completed new hire paperwork, and assessed performance. Stephanie also worked as a Manager at Envision, Inc from February 2011 to March 2014. Stephanie gained leadership experience as a Family Readiness Group Leader in the US Army from February 2011 to October 2012, where they conducted meetings, organized events, and served as a liaison between command and family members during deployments. Stephanie's work experience also includes a managerial role at Fudpuckers Beachside Bar & Grill from September 2001 to December 2010.
Stephanie Swint, SHRM-CP attended Fort Walton Beach High School from 1990 to 1994. After completing high school, they pursued further education at the University of West Florida from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. We do not focus on these medications as a primary treatment, but we believe in using them as part of our treatment plans. Sometimes there is concern about these medication that can cause hesitation on the part of a patient who may benefit from them. Family members of patients often times worry about this as well. These worries are erased at DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness. No matter the situation, you will rest easy knowing that your medications are being handled by professionals who understand these issues. Our goal is to optimize medication levels to provide the highest quality of life for every patient.
