Carlos Martínez is a Software QA Team Lead at Dynamic Ratings since March 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating field service personnel for the installation and commissioning of monitoring equipment in power substations across the United States. With a focus on ensuring efficient operations and avoiding return trips, Carlos manages scheduling for multiple field service engineers and provides technical support to guarantee proper installation and functionality of the equipment. Prior to this role, Carlos served as a Commissioning Engineer at Confiamex from June 2013 to March 2016, gaining experience in transformers monitoring equipment, primarily with Mexico's largest utility, CFE. Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Electrochemistry, from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos.
