Ana Bakker

Ana Bakker is an experienced professional in the field of human factors and safety, currently serving as a Program Manager at Battelle since September 2023. With a long tenure at Dynamic Research, Inc. since 2005, Ana has held various leadership roles, including Human Factors Research Manager, Senior Human Factors Engineer, and Human Factors Engineer, managing projects and conducting comprehensive research studies across diverse methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Architect/UX Designer at Distance Learning Systems Group, CSU Northridge, where Ana designed online courses, and a role at Nike in price sourcing for the soccer department. Ana holds a User Experience Research and Design Certificate from UCLA Extension, an M.S. in Human Factors and Experimental Psychology, and a B.S. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
