Jordan Silberling has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as General Manager at Dynamic Research, Inc. since July 2008, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Product Development and Principal Engineer. Notable projects encompass track testing, simulation, data analysis, and the development of test equipment for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving Systems (ADS), including the Guided Soft Target (GST) test system. Prior to this, Jordan was a Simulation and Controls Engineer at Crane Aerospace & Electronics from June 2005 to July 2008, focusing on control systems and hardware-in-the-loop simulations for aircraft landing systems. Earlier experience includes a similar role at Honeywell Aerospace USA from June 2003 to July 2005. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, acquired between 1998 and 2003.

Today, we provide year-round dynamics and ADAS testing services to OEMs and autonomous vehicle developers from our Bakersfield, California proving ground. Our targets are relied upon by Euro NCAP laboratories, OEMs and proving grounds the world over for testing driver assistance systems. We also offer comprehensive human factors and vehicle ergonomics research services from our Torrance, CA headquarters. Studies can be conducted on our driving simulators or on public roads to provide an understanding of how environmental, psychological and vehicle design factors influence driver performance and user experience.
